Septic Inspections

Your Septic Inspection by All Around Septic includes a flow test, a component check, sludge & solid levels checked, filter cleaning (if system has one,) and a ROSS filed with the health department. This is required and mandated by the State of Washington.

Home Sales

A septic inspection is required by the state when selling your home and we know that home sales are very unpredictable and can happen at any time. With our flexible schedule we can generally get your septic inspection completed within 72 hours if needed and all necessary parties will receive a copy of the ROSS with in the following 24 hours.

Inspection Price

Prices Vary depending on location and access of your septic system and range from $200 – $275 for single family homes. Discounts are available for multiple homes in neighboring properties. Locating and digging up lids are an additional cost if more than a six inch dig is necessary to access the septic lids.

Our goal when completing your inspection is to make sure your system is working properly, to keep you compliant with the state of Washington and to make sure you get the maximum amount of years/ decades out of your system, subsequently saving you time and money throughout the life of your septic.
